Ethos is seeking a dynamic, self-starting Sales Manager: Branded Content & Sponsorships to lead revenue growth across our digital platform and high-profile experiential events. This is a contract-based, high commission role ideal for someone with deep brand relationships, a love for storytelling, and a sharp instinct for connecting luxury and mission-driven brands to editorial platforms.
You’ll be the lead force behind securing sponsorships and branded content deals for Ethos—from our digital stories and newsletters to immersive experiences with partners in the luxury and sustainability space. You know how to sell not just media, but vision—crafting compelling proposals that position Ethos as a leading voice in the future of conscious luxury.
What You’ll Do
• Own and grow a pipeline of partners and sponsors across luxury, beauty, fashion, wellness, design, and travel
• Pitch and close branded content and sponsorship packages for both digital campaigns and in-person events
• Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to shape storytelling that aligns with brand goals while maintaining Ethos’ editorial integrity
• Lead custom content programs from pitch through execution—coordinating timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Develop fresh monetization ideas tied to new initiatives (seasonal content, awards, event series, shoppable editorial, etc.)
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends in sustainability, luxury, and brand storytelling
Who You Are
• A seasoned partnerships or sales professional with experience selling digital content, event sponsorships, or branded editorial
• A closer—you know how to take a pitch from spark to signed deal
• A connector who already has relationships with luxury brands or agencies in beauty, fashion, travel, or wellness
• A strategist who understands how to position content offerings and build multi-platform proposals that brands can’t say no to
• An excellent communicator with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
What You Bring
• 2+ years experience in brand partnerships, content marketing sales, or event sponsorships
• Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship or branded content deals
• Deep familiarity with content marketing, integrated storytelling, and event-based sponsorship opportunities
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Experience or network in luxury fashion, beauty, travel, wellness, or sustainability is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
