Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monogram Lead Generation & Sales Operations Manager (Remote - Must Work EST Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new project opportunities to increase quoting activity and close rates
• Maintain accurate sales data and manage the onboarding process for new dealers
• Develop sales tools and event strategies to support lead conversion and brand positioning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or related business roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Demonstrated analytical ability with experience translating data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in luxury goods or appliance sales is a plus
