Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, Systems & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce systems owner for the Commercial team, leading enhancements and user enablement
  • Direct and manage the workload of a managed service provider, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
  • Establish and manage end-to-end ticketing and support processes for sales field issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce systems administration or sales operations
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of role hierarchies and user profiles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing CRM workflows and end-user enablement strategies
  • Ability to interpret commercial priorities into scalable technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
