Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Sales Operations Specialist (North Central).

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate service quotes, scope opportunities, and manage the presales process
• Respond to inquiries for professional services and suggest process improvements
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and sales executives while maintaining documentation of presales workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or equivalent; a four-year degree in a relevant area is preferred
• Knowledge of Information Systems concepts and experience in Cyber Security operations or proposal writing is desired
• Prior experience with task management tools and CRM software is required
• Technical sales or consulting experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to processes
