Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce platform, including workflows, configurations, and user management
• Oversee Salesforce automations and integrations with external applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce administration and management experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with automation tools and Salesforce integrations
• Experience with subscription billing and payment software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
