Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to gather and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements and user needs, leading user story refinement
• Support Agile ceremonies and create documentation focused on Salesforce architecture and processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with Salesforce experience
• Proven ability to translate Salesforce-related business requirements into technical documentation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and platform limitations
• Experience working with Agile teams, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
