Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Salesforce Developer to manage technical aspects of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Lead technical design sessions and manage custom development, integrations, and data migration
• Provide expert-level technical assistance and conduct code reviews for ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of IT development experience, with at least 6 years in Salesforce development
• Expert understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite and experience with Apex, Visualforce, and APIs
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Knowledge of integration architecture and third-party integration tools with Salesforce.com
