Salesforce Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Salesforce Engineering to oversee a team of Salesforce engineers and admins.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators
• Lead project implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer/Architect, including 2 years in a managerial role
• 8+ years of analyst or business manager experience
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly preferred
• Experience managing medium to large scale cross-functional technical teams and projects
