Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Develop and manage automations with Automation Studio, including data imports and scheduling
• Create dynamic email content and establish API integrations with other systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience managing customer journey projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Expertise in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with data extensions and dynamic content
• Ability to QA, troubleshoot, and optimize configurations for performance
