• 5+ years' experience designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
• 3+ years professional services consulting experience
• Experience leading collaborative discovery workshops with client stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and working with development teams
• Multiple Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
