SAP OCM Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP OCM Consultant Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SAP OCM strategies to drive user adoption and minimize resistance
• Identify key stakeholders and create engagement plans to facilitate change readiness
• Assess the impact of SAP changes on business processes, roles, and responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of OCM experience, with at least 5 years in SAP change management
• PROSCI, ACMP, or SAP-related OCM certifications are preferred
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, etc.)
