SBA Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Portfolio Manager II responsible for maintaining and monitoring the existing SBA loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SBA Past Dues up to 60 days and work with the workout manager for transitions
• Field loan advances/payments and respond to issues per SBA SOP guidelines
• Assist with monitoring portfolio health and track project and financial reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the SBA lending department
• Knowledge of SBA 7a and USDA programs
• Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures, including servicing SOP
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Experience in interfacing with various stakeholders in the loan process
