Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables
• Track and analyze Agile metrics to drive transparency and identify impediments affecting team productivity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in HR
• Project management skills and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and risk management
• HR domain knowledge
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus
