Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC reporting documents, press releases, and investor presentations
• Assist in managing SEC reporting documents and research technical accounting topics
• Collaborate with legal and Investor Relations teams to ensure compliance and support earnings releases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• CPA and public accounting experience required
• Big 4 accounting firm experience required
• 7-10 years' accounting experience, with SEC reporting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
