Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist to support RCP Customers in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for key RCP customers, coordinating internal activities and ensuring a seamless experience
• Organize quarterly business reviews and manage pricing and project processes
• Monitor overall program costs, timing, and deliverables while coordinating proposals for additional services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of key account customer service or account management experience
• Knowledge of customer processes, product development, and contract manufacturing
• Experience in navigating customer relationships and handling difficult conversations
• Track record in development and achievement of customer projects
• Strong business acumen with decision-making capabilities that drive financial performance
