A company is looking for a Senior Specialist Accounting (Payroll and Contract Lifecycle Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor payments for teachers and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage contract lifecycle for teacher, supplemental, corporate, and vendor contracts
• Conduct audits, prepare tax documents, and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or related functions
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is a plus
