Senior AEM Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, AEM Architecture & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the web development team, providing guidance and mentorship
• Lead AEM architecture and implementation, ensuring performance and security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Two or more years of experience leading teams, with global experience preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in AEM and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
