Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager, a marketing professional with extensive affiliate marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
• Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients while securing buy-in from decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and enhance affiliate performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, or network)
• Knowledge of and experience with various Affiliate Networks (e.g., ASale, Impact, Rakuten, Commission Junction)
• Experience in team management and mentoring
• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and performance analysis
• Ability to produce forecasts, budgets, and KPI settings for affiliate programs
