Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Insights Engineer, Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytical data pipelines and production-grade dashboards for quality management
• Become an expert in quality and pay-for-performance metrics in value-based care
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality programs and provide insights

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting for healthcare quality metrics
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or Mathematics
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling, preferably with Snowflake and dbt
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Sigma
• Deep understanding of quality metrics in the US value-based care system
