Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Security Engineer to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in security projects, supporting SOC2 compliance and Pen Testing initiatives
• Utilize monitoring and vulnerability scanning tools to identify and remediate security concerns
• Own and drive security incident response while providing actionable feedback to developers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in application development or DevOps, and security engineering
• Solid knowledge of common application security vulnerabilities and their prevention
• Experience with security testing tools such as SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scanning
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, particularly in AWS
