Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied Scientist, Applied Reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and build advanced agentic systems for autonomous interactions in real estate
• Apply reinforcement learning and fine-tuning techniques to develop adaptive AI agents
• Define evaluation processes for LLM applications using metrics and human assessments

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field, focusing on reinforcement learning or natural language processing
• 4+ years of experience in building large-scale ML solutions
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-based systems or AI agents
• Experience with reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
