Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists for smooth transitions from implementation to maintenance
• Maintain consistent client contact to ensure accuracy of change reports, list bills, and payment reconciliation summaries
• Research and resolve moderately complex billing inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of related experience
