Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Metrics Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Digital Transformation Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics for no-code/low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to communicate program health to leadership
• Foster collaboration and provide training for citizen developers, while ensuring accessibility to necessary tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Public Trust clearance required
• Experience supporting distributed project teams and managing tasks/resources effectively
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
