Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness and feasibility, creating models and documentation for developers
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing while managing the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Experience with data processing and analytics, SQL/Snowflake, and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of healthcare business functions and Agile Software Development
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
