Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions, including SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Provide guidance on risks and liabilities associated with commercial transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop form agreements and best practices while delivering training to support the commercial legal function

Required Qualifications

• JD degree or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, with at least 2-3 years in cloud-based service offerings
• Proficiency in data security and data privacy regulations
• Experience working with a deadline and quota-driven sales team
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
