Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a strategic monthly calendar for Casino and Sports customers, utilizing analytics to inform decisions
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns aimed at player upselling, retention, and reactivation
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to player engagement and campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM within the iGaming industry
• Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention strategies
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of player behavior
• Ability to support the Junior CRM Manager
