Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, authorizations, and appointment scheduling
  • Research complex issues and provide timely resolutions while meeting performance goals


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Completion of Customer Service training classes required for new hires
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm EST
