Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Handles incoming phone calls and assesses providers' needs regarding potential third-party liability
  • Maintains accurate documentation for all phone call interactions and meets established productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service or telephonic customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm CST
