Senior Customer Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve Tier 1-3 product support issues and solution implementation with minimal developer involvement
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience and assist customers in integrating application security into their workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as developer, technical architect, or customer success engineer
  • Strong experience in application security, performance optimization, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem
  • Understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
