Key Responsibilities

  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations, facilitate Executive Business Reviews, and implement strategies to mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing a diverse book of business, including large and mid-market customers
  • Strong understanding of churn prevention tactics and customer lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM data management
  • Experience in creating and executing customer success frameworks and collaborating cross-functionally
