A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in France.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a similar field
  • Background in market research
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting and consulting B2B customers, ideally in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising/communications
  • Proficiency in French (C2) and English (C1)
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and proactivity
