Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for the APAC region (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer and manage relationships with the Enterprise segment in the APAC region
  • Develop strategic relationships to maximize value for customers and ensure awareness of customer priorities among key stakeholders
  • Own the customer journey, focusing on adoption, retention, and account expansion strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving product adoption
  • Understanding of Open-Source applications and the DevOps market
  • Strong technical knowledge, including cloud technologies and enterprise security
  • Experience with Salesforce and developing account success plans
