Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of forecasts for large group staffing models to support business objectives
• Collaborate with business partners to provide forecasting recommendations that drive strategic decisions
• Support and mentor other analysts to enhance leadership capabilities

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
