Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of machine learning roadmaps aligned with business needs
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing science team throughout the development life cycle of machine learning models
• Collaborate with business and product experts to define technical solutions for merchandising and pricing challenges

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent in quantitative fields like computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics
• 6 to 10 years of general work experience with comprehensive job-related expertise
• 3 to 6 years of managerial experience in planning and managing resources
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
