Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the People Team Data problem statement and key metrics across the employee lifecycle
• Utilize the Data Science Solution platform for exploration, analysis, and predictive modeling to support leadership and team decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize data governance and enhance organizational health metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within the HR domain
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL and Snowflake
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics
