Senior DevOps Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define the DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and implement DevOps metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Hire and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, fostering collaboration and growth

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Extensive experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Expert knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
