A company is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering Management to lead a team in developing a new technology CRM product for the higher education industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering management for multiple development teams, ensuring best practices throughout the product development cycle
  • Engage in architectural and technical design of cloud-based software applications across various development stacks
  • Implement strategies for team retention and maintain high performance standards among team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8 - 10+ years of professional experience in software product development
  • 6+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams
  • Experience with evaluating technical requirements and product design for technology solutions
  • Significant experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Python/Django
