Senior Director of GTM Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to develop segment and regional enablement strategies for GTM performance
• Implement critical global enablement programs at the local level
• Drive results in employee skill adoption, ramp times, and pipeline outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in Enablement, GTM, or related roles, preferably in a global organization
• Previous selling or servicing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GTM rep needs and effective executive level stakeholder management
• Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and improving GTM team outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
