Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Teaching and Instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Managers of Teaching and Instruction for effective oversight of virtual teachers
• Monitor and enhance instructional delivery to ensure quality across virtual teaching programs
• Support the development of initiatives that improve teacher effectiveness and instructional quality

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in MBA, Education Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in instructional or educational leadership roles
• Proven experience managing managers and leading distributed instructional teams
• Deep understanding of virtual instruction and online learning best practices
• General understanding of federal and state laws regulating K-12 education and virtual school operations
