Key Responsibilities

• Guide the IT organization in establishing architectural direction and technology enablers for product and business solutions
• Lead financial management of the IT organization, including cost optimization and budgeting
• Facilitate business and IT alignment to drive digital business strategies and innovation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on IT strategy and architecture experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at the executive level
• Direct experience with management KPIs and analytics
