Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience and at least 4 years of management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or comparable roles
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Knowledge of technologies such as Oracle, Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and AWS/Cloud
