Key Responsibilities

• Draft policies, guidance, and procedures related to financial management operations
• Process and reconcile funding documents to support healthcare delivery in accordance with fiscal law
• Monitor budget execution and provide administrative support for fiscal guidance development

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing comprehensive policy guidance for financial management
• U.S. citizenship is required due to contract nature
• Active Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-10 years of relevant experience with a detailed understanding of MHS and DHP appropriations
