Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop analytical frameworks
• Conduct research and analysis on data assets to ensure high data quality and report findings clearly
• Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements, conduct market research, and track project progress

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MS or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software or web product development, data science, or similar roles
• Extensive experience with health insurance products and data
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to execute strategically and tactically
