Senior Implementation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Implementations Services Associate who is passionate about delivering effective customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of value to customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or risk advisory
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or related fields preferred
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001 preferred
• Passion for SaaS applications and understanding of the Risk Cloud platform
