Key Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers through a structured onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption

• Develop best practices and adoption milestones to improve customer time-to-value

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise implementation or customer success roles in a B2B SaaS environment
• Technical acumen with familiarity in APIs, software configurations, and data flows related to AI or marketing technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering teams
• Experience in AI, MarTech, or content automation platforms
