Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design instructional content for a customer service model for store associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data for solutions development
• Designs and develops learning solutions to enhance business performance
• Partners with L&D team, SMEs, and vendors on instructional design standards and adult learning principles

Required Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design authoring tools such as Adobe and Articulate
• High school diploma with 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 0-1 years of experience
• Experience with various design modalities including e-learning and gamification
• Related industry certifications or credentials such as PHR or ATD Certifications
• Experience designing solutions for a large geographically dispersed workforce
