Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts training needs analysis and develops training materials for software adoption
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create online educational content
• Coaches and guides less experienced team members while solving moderately complex problems

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• 2+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office Suite
