Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing training plans, including key learning points and video scripts
• Creating and updating training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and AI voiceover
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for feedback and revisions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in training script development
• Experience in reinforcement question development
• Retail experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is preferred
