Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Design Specialist, Global Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
• Develop content for training programs, including design documents, storyboards, and course content
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the results of training programs

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS and 7+ years' experience or MS and 5+ years' experience in a Training role, or equivalent
• Experience in Instructional Design is required
• Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry experience preferred
