Key Responsibilities

  • Manages Major Incidents and supervises operational activities to maintain service performance
  • Provides leadership and technical guidance to analysts in service operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and relevant network systems
  • ITIL Foundations 4 certification preferred
  • Technical knowledge of data flow between infrastructure and application environments
